Our fee for subrogation and other recovery work is a percentage of the amount returned to the client; there is no fee if there is no recovery; and, we absorb out-of-pocket costs. 

. Investigation into coverage issues, fraud, and first- and third-party defense is provided on an hourly-rate basis that varies depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the work requested. Legal Hotline service plans are available on both an hourly and a negotiated monthly retainer basis and at a reduced rate when used in combination with IRC’s subrogation services.

Because International Recoveries works on a contingent-fee basis its efforts are truly result-oriented
